In light of the developing situation, we have regretfully taken the decision to postpone Get SeT GO! until a later date.
Get Set GO 2020! Next steps into Adulthood for young people, aged 14-25 with all kinds of special needs and disabilities (SEND). This annual free event jointly organised by Wandsworth Council and Positive Parent Action, with support from South Thames College, is for young people, 14-25 with SEND, their parents/carers and other service providers, and professionals. It will be held in Wandsworth's Civic Suite, Wandsworth High Street, SW18 2PU.
Schools and college can bring groups of students aged from 14 to 19. Young people 14 to 25 years old, at mainstream schools, resource bases, special schools and colleges, out of borough schools or colleges, parents, carers, professionals, employers, teachers, providers and trainers will join us for this exciting event.
You will be surprised at the range of support on offer, so don't miss out!
Book your free tickets on Eventbrite https://getsetgo2020guest.eventbrite.com

We have several short videos on our Wandsworth Local Offer YouTube Channel featuring many of last year’s exhibitors. If you haven’t been before, there is also longer video about a young person’s Get Set GO 2019 Experience. Last year we had over 300 visitors including students from all of Wandsworth’s special schools.
With more stands, workshops and presentations than last year’s excellent event, this year it will cover Health, Housing and Social Activities, along with Education and Employment. There will also be a few items on sale, so please bring some cash.
This event demonstrates the various routes young people can take into education, employment, training, independent travel, independent living, health support, money and benefits, social life and more.
