Heathbrook Park Trim Trail

Trim trails are large open areas with built obstacles and exercise stations, intended to encourage running and exercise.

Trim trails are for use by all. Young children should be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

On the trim trail people can:

• enjoy the outdoors and improve their general fitness; and
• use challenging equipment to build their confidence.

This is a free, open access trim trail. There is no need to book, just drop in during daylight hours. Within the trim trail you will find open spaces and various exercise stations.
