SEND reforms Key Working e-Learning from the Council for Disabled Children (CDC)

These free online modules from the Council for Disabled Children (CDC) are designed for a multi-agency group of professionals from across health, education and care and will empower professionals to implement these key working functions when working in partnership with young people and their families as well as support them in implementing the SEN and Disability reforms.
