Reunite Foundation

The Reunite Foundation is a "Non-Profit" that offers advice, support and information when reuniting families and tracing relatives or next of kin. We support those in need, local hospitals, local authorities, residential care homes, carers or social workers.

Family members may lose touch for any number of reasons; perhaps a relative has moved away and has lost touch or a family quarrel that has never reconciled.

We advise, assist and support local hospital Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), hospital admissions departments, local authorities, residential care homes, carers or social workers to locate missing relatives and next of kin for any number of reasons. This support is crucial in cases where someone has been admitted to hospital and has no next of kin or no known family. Alternatively, it may be a local authority, social worker or carer who has concerns for the welfare of a particular individual.

There is no charge for our services and we operate locally in the United Kingdom, we also conduct international searches for family members which may include contact with organisations such as the Red Cross and the Salvation Army.

Please see brochure under downloads for further information.
