Workshop 305 offers a range of arts and crafts opportunities for adults (over 18's) with disabilities in a supported environment.

It aims to give people with a learning disability, physical disability (or both) the opportunity to explore their creativity, gain new skills and be part of a successful team, with a team of dedicated artists and craftspeople based at their studios in Wimbledon. The types of art and crafts activities include the following media:

- Clay and mosaics
- Paper, print and textiles
- Art and photography
- Wood

Workshop 305 is a Community Interest Company and is dedicated to using its profits to benefit the local community.
