Please note CAP Debt Help service have put a temporary pause on seeing new clients. Over the past couple of years, there has been a huge increase in the number of clients. There is also a rise in the number of vulnerable clients with complex cases, as well as those with priority debts.
This increase in demand means there is a large number of clients. In order to give these clients the excellent and holistic service they deservice, there are some temporary changes to the debt help service.
There is a temporary close to the helpline for new client enquiries (0800 328 0006) from 3:30pm on Friday 9th August 2019, in order to provide existing clients with the support they need to become debt free as soon as possible. All existing bookings will be honoured.
