At Wandsworth & Westminster Mind we want everyone to have better mental health and wellbeing, to realise their ambitions and make the most of their lives, their relationships and their communities.

We provide a range of services and activities for anyone who need helps, or would like to support us to help others, with:

For people living in Wandsworth we currently offer:

  • Recovery Support Day Services: One to one support and menu of programmes, workshops and activities to support recovery, wellbeing and self-actualisation
  • Supported Housing: Safe, comfortable and fully furnished accommodation with regular support and activities to support self-actualisation, tenancy management and independence
  • Building Employment Skills and Training: Support into education, training, volunteering and employment
  • Wellbeing and Social Inclusion Activities: Creativity, IT Skills Development, Health Trainer Programmes, Information, Advice and Guidance, Mindfulness, Therapeutic Programmes, Social Activities
  • Active Wellbeing: In partnership with Wandsworth Enable and Leisure, 12 week programme of one to one physical fitness training and follow up support and engagement
  • SW18 Club: Peer support group for young adults providing fortnightly social activities, outingsĀ  and mutual support
  • Wednesday Club: Peer support group for anyone who wants to be better connected and engaged with others and the local community
  • Unusual Beliefs Group: Regular group meetings within Springfield Hospital and our Tooting hub to enable people who experience unusual perceptions, sensations and experiences, such as hearing voices, to talk with others who have experienced similar things, develop their coping and management techniques and share learning
