Beat It! is a health lifestyle and weight management programme for children and young people.

The Daily Mile aims to improve physical, emotional and social health and wellbeing of children. Schools can sign up to get children to run 1 mile every day.

The New Mums Weight Management Programme combines post natal exercise classes with food and nutrition advice for mums and their babies from birth to two years old. These MEND classes are run by MyTime Active.

The Adult Weight Management Service from Wandsworth Council is offering 12 weeks of free weight loss vouchers. There are weekly discussion and support meetings for losing weight through healthy earing. Choose between Slimming World and WW (previously Weight Watchers).
