Boys Power Up Group

This group is intended for boys in secondary school aged between 15 – 19 years old with a diagnosis of autism spectrum condition. The aim of the group is to work toward developing their self-awareness, work toward improving their self-esteem and build their confidence.

The boys will be able to explore their life experiences, both their highs and lows, with their peers on a friendly and social platform.

The group will be facilitated by members of the Wandsworth Autism Advisory Service

The platform used for facilitating the group is Microsoft Teams. We have an elaborate safeguarding policy put in place in order to ensure the wellbeing of all participants.

The group will commence on Wednesday the 22 July at 3pm and run for 6 consecutive weeks.

If you would like to register your young person to attend the group, please email: autismadvisory@wandsworth.gov.uk

Please note: The group is limited to 8 young people. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis to all those who meet the criteria. If the course is oversubscribed names can be added to a list for a future group.

If you have any further questions, please email: autismadvisory@wandsworth.gov.uk
