Girl's Power Up Group

This group is for girls in secondary school aged between 15 – 19 years old with a diagnosis of autism spectrum condition. The aim of the group is to work toward developing their self-awareness, work toward improving their self-esteem and build their confidence.

The girls will be able to explore their life experiences, both their highs and lows, with their peers on a friendly and social platform
The group will be facilitated by members of the Wandsworth Autism Advisory Service

How: The platform used for facilitating the group is Microsoft Teams. We have an elaborate safeguarding policy put in place in order to ensure the wellbeing of all participants.

When: The group will commence on Thursday the 23rd July at 3pm and run for 6 consecutive weeks.

Please note: The group is limited to 8 young people. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis to all those who meet the criteria. If the course is oversubscribed names can be added to a list for a future group.
