Rethink Advocacy Service

Rethink Advocacy Service provides independent mental health advocacy for Wandsworth residents who are detained under the Mental Health Act. Advocacy ensures people who might otherwise be unable to speak out to know their rights and have control over their life decisions.
The advocacy service can:

- attend meetings when plans are being made about a person's future care or treatment
- assist with complaints
- support, represent, negotiate, empower and encourage clients to self-advocate
They provide outreach to patients on wards at:
- Springfield Hospital
- Tolworth Hospital
- Queen Mary's Hospital Roehampton
- Priory Roehampton
- Huntercombe Hospital Roehampton
They also provide support to under 18s on CAMHS wards who are detained under the Mental Health Act at:
