Disability Sports Coach - Club Wandsworth - Coronavirus

Disability Sports Coach are offering online activity and live zoom sessions weekly for people of all ages with a disability.
They are running free live 30 minutes Zoom sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3.30pm-4pm as well as providing a free Home Activity Programme for all disabled people. Here is a link to the Activity Programme;

The live sessions will take place on Zoom which can be accessed over phone, computer or tablet. To participate in the Zoom sessions you will need to complete some registration details, for more information on this please contact Emma Cranston Emma@disabilitysportscoach.co.uk. Once you have registered she will give you the password to the Zoom link below, to join in the session.

DSC's Club Wandsworth offers a weekly disability community multi-sports club for all disabled people aged from 8 to adults .
The Club provides the following opportunities:
- To have fun and make new friends
- To enjoy Paralympic and adapted sports such as, boccia, sitting volleyball, racket sports, athletics, football and more
- Expert coaching
- To develop confidence, team building and communication skills,
- To compete for your Club at DSC Festivals
