Community Hub

A Community Hub has been set up to co-ordinate the support that the Council and voluntary organisations in Wandsworth are offering.

There is a helpline for residents, especially elderly and/or vulnerable people, who need support to access medical and care services, as well as food supplies, as they may not have support networks. This is to help those most in need keep safe and healthy whilst they are self-isolating at home.

The Government's Local Support Scheme (once launched) will link in with the Community Hub to support those who have been contacted by the NHS directly due to specific underlying health conditions that means self-isolation is most critical.
