Short volunteer led walks around Wandsworth.
Suitable for everyone, particularly those that would like to be more active.
- improving health and fitness;
- improving mental wellbeing;
- meet new people; and
- reduce risk of health problems.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the walk is due to start. New walkers will need to fill out a health questionnaire (so that your leader is aware of any health problems). Wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring a bottle of water and an extra item of clothing. The walking timetable is subject to change.
