Community Swimming Lessons at Burntwood School

Wandsworth's Enable Leisure and Culture's community swim programme is an affordable way for children aged between five and 15 years to learn to swim  and improve their swimmming.

The programme runs on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at Burntwood School, Burntwood Lane, SW17 0AQ, during term time.  Times and days vary according to ability/level. There is a disability focused session on Thursdays.

The cost is £75 for 10 weeks. All children must be 5 years or older

Children, and young people can:

  • learn to swim
  • improve their technique
  • improve their fitness levels
  • make friends and socialise

Children and young people attending will need to bring:

  • swimwear
  • a towel
  • goggles, if needed
  • a swimming cap, if needed
