Working Chance

Working Chance is an award-winning UK charity creating a revolution in restorative recruitment. Founded in 2007, Working Chance supports women with criminal convictions to find quality work with mainstream employers, helping them break the intergenerational cycle of disadvantage and crime.

Working chance helps women into work and barriers to employment such as:

• debt
• housing
• children and family domestic violence
• counselling

Working chance run workshops around domestic violence, healthy living, debt and tenancy workshops.
