Empowering Parents Empowering Communities - Coffee Morning

EPEC is a peer led parenting programme that focuses on increasing parents understanding of positive parenting, their confidence in their parenting ability and the subsequent impact that has on child development and outcomes within a supportive and empowering environment.

We are looking for parents who will be able to commit to attending a 6 – 10 day EPEC training programme (crèche provided) and then be supported to deliver the programme to other parents moving forward. The training is accredited and parent volunteers will also have access to ongoing guidance and supervision from practitioners to develop their knowledge and skills.

We would like to invite parents to a virtual coffee morning on the 22nd September at 11am to find out more information about:

  • what Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities (EPEC) is
  • training available
  • expectations of a Group Leader
  • ongoing support available
  • benefits of volunteering

Please contact Kirsty on the details below for a link to the session.
