The Vitality Centre

The Vitality Centre is a complementary health and holistic centre. The centre offers a variety of activities and services for babies, children, young people and adults.

At the centre for children and young people there are treatments such as homeopathy, reiki, as well as health checks. Activities include:

• baby sing and sign
• ballet/dance
• baby massage
• counselling and psychotheraphy
• karate
• yoga 

There are also a number of health related courses  to support mothers during pregnancy and being a parent such as first aid for children. To attend the centre you have to become a member and pay for individual classes.
