Latchmere Leisure Centre - Music and Movement Sessions

This is an opportunity for you and your child to join in with a fun dance and movement session to music. Each session last 45 minutes and incorporates a wide range of activities.

These sessions are for parents and children aged 3 months - 5 years old.

Monday-Thursday

 The activity aims to be:

• fun and enjoyable;
• encouraging enjoyment of physical activity; and
• introduce children to moving their body to a beat.

Clothes suitable for dance and movement should be worn.

You do not have to become a member to use the service, but membership will allow you to get discounts on activities. You can use the service during opening times and set activity times. It is advisable to bring: a towel, water bottle, change of clothes and appropriate footwear.
