SEN-Explained - Topic: autistic masking, burnout and support strategies

Each month will focus on a different theme, ranging from understanding a given condition, society (with themes like gender, sexuality, mental health, identity, and “masking”), family life, education and employment, transitions and strategies, through to creating a supportive environment. Our speakers have first-hand knowledge and experience across special educational needs. We want to share their expertise to impact not only our parents and carers, but educators, academics, voluntary and statutory sector professionals, and the general public for a more holistic perception of SEN.
